Report an error in a figure
This is the message we most want to receive. Prices, coin values and free-episode allowances in this category change constantly and differ by region, device, store and promotion — we can only verify what a US account shows us on the day we look.
Useful corrections include: a checkout screenshot showing a different price, an official pricing page we missed, a change in a free tier, a device or feature launch, or a platform statement about how its catalogue is produced. Tell us the page, the claim and the source. We will fix it, date the change and, where it matters, note that the page was revised.
Suggest an app for review
Send the name, the store links and, if you know it, whether the catalogue is AI-produced. We prioritise apps a US viewer can realistically install with enough catalogue to test properly. We will reply either way.
If you operate one of the apps we review
You are welcome to dispute anything we have published. What settles a dispute is a source: an official pricing page, a published catalogue figure, a documented device list, or a statement we can quote and date.
One standing offer, addressed to every platform in our ranking: publish what share of your catalogue is AI-produced and we will replace our own classification with your figure and attribute it to you. At the moment nobody publishes it, which is why the site carries our judgement instead.
What we will not do is remove or soften a criticism because it is commercially inconvenient, accept payment for coverage, or take a review down. Requests of that kind get a short reply.
Press and republication
Quote us with attribution and a link. If you are quoting a statistic, please carry its stated scope and date with it — the figures on this site come from research that measures different things, and stripping the scope is how a $11 billion category number ends up misreported as an AI-drama market size. For interviews, data requests or syndication, e-mail the address above.
What we cannot help with
- Your subscription or refund. We have no access to any app's billing system. See the cancellation guide for where the controls actually live.
- Finding a specific series. There is no cross-app search in this category and we do not maintain a title index.
- Account recovery, lost coins or technical faults. Contact the app provider directly.
- Legal advice. Our legal guide is general information, and anyone producing commercially should retain counsel.
Data protection enquiries
Requests about personal data go to the same address and are handled by the operator named on the imprint. We respond within one month. Because this site has no accounts, no newsletter and no analytics at the date of this page, in most cases we will hold nothing of yours — the privacy policy sets out the detail.
Frequently asked questions
How do I report an incorrect price or figure?
Send it with a source — a screenshot of the checkout screen is ideal — to support@aidramareviews.com. Price corrections are the single most useful thing a reader can send us, because prices in this category move constantly and we can only verify what we can see from a US account.
Can you help me cancel a subscription or get a refund?
No, and we wish we could. We have no access to your account and no relationship with any app's billing system. The controls live in your app store: on iPhone under Settings, your name, Subscriptions; on Android in the Play Store account menu under Payments and subscriptions. Our cancellation guide walks through both, plus the refund routes.
Will you review an app that is not on your list?
Possibly. Send the name and where it is available. We prioritise apps a US viewer can actually install and that have enough of a catalogue to test properly. We will tell you either way rather than leaving the suggestion unanswered.
Can I pay for a review, a placement or a link?
No. Nothing on this site is for sale — not a score, not a position in the ranking, not a mention, not a link. Enquiries of that kind get a polite no and nothing else.
Do you accept press accounts or free coins for testing?
No. We pay for every subscription we test with our own money, because a promotional account does not show you what a real one costs. That is the whole point of the method.
Can I quote or republish your content?
Quote it freely with attribution and a link to the page. If you are quoting a statistic, please carry its scope and date with it. Systematic republication or commercial redistribution needs written permission — ask and we will usually say yes for non-competing uses.
Are you the support channel for DramaBox or ReelShort?
No. We are an independent publication and are not affiliated with any app on this site. For account, billing, refund or technical problems, contact the app provider directly.
How long do you take to reply?
We aim to answer every message within two business days. Corrections with a source attached usually get acted on faster than that, because they change what is published.
I am a platform and want to correct something about our app. What do you need?
A named contact, the specific claim you dispute, and the source that settles it — an official pricing page, a published catalogue figure, or a statement we can quote and date. If you publish your AI catalogue share, we will replace our own classification with your figure and say whose it is.
Do you have a data protection contact?
Yes, the same address. Requests about personal data are handled by the operator named on the imprint, and we respond within one month. The privacy policy explains what little we hold.
