Privacy policy

· By the AI Drama Reviews editorial team

The short version

This site has no accounts, no logins, no newsletter, no comment system and no advertising network. We do not ask you for personal data and we do not sell data to anyone. We run Google Analytics 4 to count visits, and it is configured so that no analytics or advertising storage is set for visitors in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland unless consent is given. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs. Outbound affiliate links pass a referral identifier to the destination so a commission can be attributed. That is the whole picture at the date on this page.

Who is responsible

The controller for any personal data processed through this site is Oleksandr Korop, at the registered address shown on the imprint page. Data protection enquiries can be sent through the contact page.

What we collect

We do not operate user accounts, logins, profiles, newsletters, comment threads, contact forms with stored submissions, or an advertising network. There is nothing on this site that asks you to identify yourself.

  • Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical information when a page is served: IP address, user agent, requested URL, referrer and timestamp. This is ordinary infrastructure logging, used for security and availability, and retained by the provider under its own retention policy.
  • Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-67MSBWRSFD). It records page views, approximate location derived from IP at city level, device and browser type, referrer, and how you move between pages. Google Analytics does not receive your name, e-mail address or any identifier you have given us, because we never collect one. We do not use it for advertising, remarketing or audience building, and we have not enabled Google Signals.
  • Consent Mode is set to denied by default for the EEA, the UK and Switzerland. If you visit from one of those regions, analytics and advertising storage stay switched off unless and until consent is given, so no analytics cookie is written. Visitors elsewhere, including the United States, are measured by default.
  • How to opt out anywhere. Use your browser in private mode, block the domain googletagmanager.com, install Google’s official opt-out add-on, or enable any standard tracker blocker. Nothing on this site stops working if you do.
  • No advertising cookies. We carry no display advertising and no retargeting pixels.
  • No fingerprinting. We do not attempt to identify or track you across sessions or sites.

Cookies and local storage

The site is built as static HTML. Two scripts run: a small one that formats dates for display, and Google Analytics 4. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_<id>) to recognise a returning browser and to keep a session together. They typically expire after two years and hold a randomly generated identifier rather than anything about you personally.

For visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland those cookies are not written at all unless consent is given, because Consent Mode starts in the denied state. Your browser may also cache files for performance in the ordinary way. Third-party destinations you click through to set their own cookies under their own policies, over which we have no control.

Affiliate links and what they pass on

Some outbound links are affiliate links. When you click one, the destination receives the referral identifier embedded in the link and, as with any web request, your IP address and user agent. That is how a commission is attributed. We do not receive your name, email address, payment details, account information or anything else about your activity on the destination — we receive aggregate commission reporting only.

Once you follow such a link, the privacy policy of the destination applies. If you would rather not pass a referral identifier, navigate to the application directly instead of using our link. Nothing on this site is gated behind an affiliate click.

Third parties

Application icons on some pages are loaded from the operators' own content delivery networks so that they stay current. Loading an image causes your browser to make a request to that provider, which sees your IP address and user agent in the ordinary way. No other third-party resource is embedded — no fonts, no tag managers, no social widgets, no embedded video.

Where the GDPR applies, our legal basis for server logs and referral attribution is legitimate interest: operating, securing and maintaining a public information website, and attributing referrals that fund it. For analytics cookies in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland the legal basis is consent, which is why Consent Mode holds analytics storage in the denied state until consent is given. We do not process special categories of data.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Under the CCPA and CPRA, California residents have rights to know, delete, correct and opt out of sale or sharing.

We do not sell or share personal information, and we have not done so in the preceding twelve months. Because we hold no accounts and no identifiers linked to you, in most cases we will have no personal data of yours to produce or delete — analytics data is aggregated and pseudonymous, and server logs are held by our hosting provider under its own policy. Send any request through the contact page and we will respond within one month.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. The applications we review are entertainment products with in-application purchases, and several carry age-restricted content. If a device is shared with children, we recommend disabling in-application purchases — the steps are in our cancellation guide.

Security and retention

The site is served over HTTPS with standard security headers. We hold no database of readers, so there is no reader database to breach. Google Analytics data is retained on Google’s infrastructure under our account settings and is aggregated rather than tied to an identified person. Any correspondence you send us is retained only for as long as needed to answer it and to keep a record of published corrections.

International transfers

The site is served from a global content delivery network, so pages may be delivered from infrastructure outside your country. The technical log data described above may therefore be processed outside the EEA or the UK under the hosting provider's own safeguards. Google Analytics data may likewise be processed by Google in the United States under its own transfer mechanisms.

Changes to this policy

If our data practices change — in particular if we add any further measurement, advertising or personalisation script — we will update this page and change the date at the top before the change goes live. This page was last reviewed on August 19, 2026.
